Last fall our People & Culture team circulated an employee survey to all clinic employees. More than 87% of our team members who filled out the survey rated employee health benefits as high or somewhat high importance to them. While healthy benefits were a high priority for most, many respondents echoed their concerns about the possible cost of a future health benefit plan.
In keeping with our first company value of “Taking care of one another”, our People & Culture team along with the leadership team evaluated how we could best prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employees with the feedback we have received. As a result, we are excited to announce the launch of 100% employer paid health-benefits for all clinic employees who work more than 20 hours weekly.
The only way we succeed is by making sure our teams are supported. Our hope is that this benefit offering will help our team members to feel supported by making sure their health and wellbeing is taken care of.
